  • The disclaimer must be signed by the clinic owner at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
  • TASProvider team will only assess all the network, Server, PC, phone, and camera-related configurations.
  • The assessment will take anywhere between one to one and a half-hour.
    The clinic owner must be available and escort the TASProvider team at all times.
  • The assessment results will be provided verbally to the clinic owner at the same time.
  • There will be an extra charge for written results/reports.
  • TASProvider will not be responsible for any outages, computer problems, server issues, network downtime, etc. that may or may not happen before/during/after the assessment.
  • A gift card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is redeemable for merchandise only. Redeemable at TASProvider and Valid for two years.
  • All the TASProvider gift card discounts are subjected to the first month of the subscription and or the first on-site service
