TERMS OF USE

This Content Delivery Network Services Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs your use of the content delivery network (CDN) services (“Services“) provided by Technology Advanced Services Inc. (“TASProvider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein, the TASProvider General Terms and Conditions (which are incorporated herein by reference), and any applicable terms and conditions of third-party service providers that TASProvider may utilize in delivering the Services.
This Agreement specifically applies to CDN services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or communications relating to such services.
1. PROHIBITED USES
Customer shall not use, nor shall it permit others to use, the Services:
● For any unlawful, immoral, invasive, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, or obscene purpose;
● To transmit unsolicited emails of any kind (spam), regardless of the content or recipient;
● To transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code or attachments;
● To interfere with, access without authorization, or otherwise compromise the integrity or security of any computer system, network, or database;
● To impair or disrupt TASProvider’s network or services provided to other clients;
● In violation of TASProvider’s internal routing policies;
● In violation of the acceptable use policies of TASProvider’s upstream or backbone providers;
● In any manner deemed inconsistent with accepted norms of internet etiquette, conduct, or industry practice, as reasonably determined by TASProvider.
2. RESTRICTIONS ON SERVICE MODIFICATION AND RESALE
Customer further agrees that it shall not, and shall not permit others to:
● Alter, tamper with, reverse engineer, adjust, repair, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Services;
● Resell, sublicense, assign, distribute, lease, timeshare, rebrand, or otherwise make the Services available to any third party outside of Customer’s internal organization or affiliated personnel.
3. SERVICE SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
In the event that Customer or any third party, through Customer’s access, violates any provision of this Agreement, TASProvider reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to immediately suspend or terminate the Services. TASProvider shall bear no liability to Customer or any third party for any such suspension or termination. All rights to use the Services are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and contingent upon continued compliance with this Agreement.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
All intellectual property and proprietary rights related to the Services, including but not limited to protocols, specifications, configurations, IP addresses, routing information, and service architecture, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of TASProvider.
Customer agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, proprietary, or confidentiality notices on any material provided or accessed through the Services. Customer shall reproduce and include such notices on any authorized copy of TASProvider’s intellectual property or confidential information, regardless of format or medium.
5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE
This Agreement applies exclusively to TASProvider CDN Services. All other legal terms, including, but not limited to, limitation of liability, data privacy, indemnification, governing law, force majeure, and dispute resolution, are governed by TASProvider’s General Terms and Conditions, available at:

6. MODIFICATIONS
TASProvider reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
